7pm - Dinner by wonderful Amanda Clifford - inspiring local naturopath and chef.
8pm - Relaxed time around the fire-circle, star-gazing, hot tub, dreaming.

Dawn - wake-up early to walk to Mwnt beach for the Solstice sunrise and practice Yoga on the beach. Traditionally we make an offeirng of roses from Felinganol rose garden to the sea but you can bring any natiral and organic offering you like.
10-12am - Rest, play, sunbath, make our way back to Felinganol.
