30 minute breathing meditations resourcing within, managing anxiety, isolation or a sense of disturbance. For some, breathe-awareness meditations can enable you to stabilise your nervous system. For others, there is a comfort in sharing meditation, something about communal quietness feels nourishing. This experience can be soothing and healing and open to anyon interested in trying it out. No expertise needed.


Thursdays 8-8.30am until Winter Solstice

Open to all. 

Join with your camera on or off, leave when/how you like.
