A simple invitation to come at stay at Felinganol whilst exploring your practice with Meriel and others interested in the Scaravelli-inspired approach to Yoga. Felinganol is enlivened by beautiful protected landscape and wildlife all around. Our cabins are quiet and cosy. There's always fire-light and a chance in the wood-fired hot tub under the stars. Mwnt beach and coastal paths are closeby. At heart this approach encourages independence. With this in mind Meriel offers this w/e in the spirit of her teacher Diane Long.
