This retreat is for anyone looking to slow down and reconnect. You do not need to have any experience of yoga to come on this retreat. We will be creating an inclusive safe space to re-connect. I centre my offerings around meeting yourself where you are at, encouraging playful exploration, curiosity and an open invitation to land into our bodies again & again.
