Maethu days were inspired by noticing burn-out in so many people around us and feeling a call to resource deeply, stop, slow down and listen in to our true needs.

Maethu means 'to nourish' and is our invitation to immerse in deep relaxation. The Yoga offered will be from releasing approaches with time and space for meditation and breath-work throughout the day too.

1:1 reflexology from 2 experienced complementary therapists allows some focused individual attention. We will be fed simply and held by the land.

As well as wandering or resting the retreat cabins are available for those feeling like resting or dreaming in solitude in between or moving into private creative spaces.

For those drawn to some optional guided invitations there will be a some land-based sensory meditative activities to dip in and out of, should you fancy. Meadowtation is a quiet walking, sketching, mark-making, drawing wander.


  • Yoga, meditation, pranayama (breathing practice from yoga).

  • 1hr 1:1 reflexology session per person.

  • Quiet woodland cabins available all day for individual you-time or with your friends/partner.

  • Optional guided activities: sensory walk, sketching, journalling

  • Home-grown organic herbal teas & delicious vegan lunch.

  • Retreat cabins stay-overs the night before/after are available to book - please enquire.

£70 per person all inclusive

Cabin stays for Maethu day participants are reduced to £25 pp per night exclusive of bed linen (a duvet, pillow and blanket is included and you can hire bed linen £10-15pp single/double).
