HOW DOES IT WORK? Perhaps easier than you imagine. FOR SECURITY ALL THE MEETINGS ARE 'LOCKED' BY THE HOST.
1. Download Zoom onto your computer or device. Computer makes for better visibility than phone. If it's your first time you can test this in advance.
2. Let us know you're planning to join so we can send you a specific code as a link for your session and a password. This makes the meeting secure and private for everyone.
3. Prepare your computer before the actual yoga time with your chair and/or mat close by. If possible have your light source/window behind your computer/device - this will light you up so I can see you better.
4. When you join you will be ASKED FOR THE PASSWORD in the 'waiting room' until whoever is hosting the meeting (ie. Meriel) enables you to enter. this helps us keep the session private and secure.
5. Join us for yoga.
Online classes can be an accessible way to meet up and practice together but technology can be challenging. We suggest you prepare in advance if you are not used to online conferencing or video calls. You may need earphones with a microphone & it'll be useful to know how to mute and unmute your microphone. If you have a problem with this you can often research for advise online or reach out to us.
