Time out in comfort to reflect, rest, practice Yoga and meditation, eat well and naturally in a very special retreat space. Trefacwn is a beautiful, cosy coastal estate with sea views, sauna, fresh water lilly-pad swimming pool, en suite bathrooms serving home-made vegan meals from their own organic vegetable garden. Open to all abilities.
Meriel's Yoga practice draws from unravelling patterns of held or habitual tension and moving into a sense of embodied quietness and vitality. She works with small groups only. Time and space is given for 1:1 attention and assistance. Meditation is gently guided into a silent 1 hour sit.
3 hour Yoga 10am-1pm and evening meditation with time for walks along the seashore, wandering wild and resting deep.

Meriel invites Mahenderpal (Minz) this time to offer assistance and evening meditations. Minz and Meriel have co-faciliated many retreats over the years from 'Explorations in Art and Yoga' to 'Foundations of Yoga'.
Mahenderpal first began practicing Hatha Yoga as a teenager. It was only when exploring the underpinning philosophy and psychology of the practice that he developed a stronger connection with the broader philosophical and spiritual aspects of yoga and, essentially, its teachings on life and death. Yoga has complemented his other practice and career in the visual arts as an Artist and Lecturer. Mahenderpal has been teaching Hatha Yoga in a range of contexts in London since 2010. He holds a Teaching Diploma with the British Wheel of Yoga and teaches both group and 1-1 classes.
