Each week will follow from the previous week so it is preferable to attend the whole 5 weeks.

The classes will be based on the 4 foundations of mindfulness from the Buddha’s teaching:

3. Feelings

4. Surroundings

And include

The difference between mindfulness and meditation

Yoga for alignment of the spine in standing, Walking and sitting which allows the mind to settle.

Yoga Nidra

Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras on the nature of the mind

And will use Jenny’s book Standing, Sitting, Walking, Running.

Jenny is a student of Diane Long, Vanda Scaravelli,s long time student.

She has spent 38 years attending Chithurst Buddhist Monastery and has practiced many forms of meditation including Transcendental Meditation.
